For nearly a decade, beginning at the age of 18, Samrat has worked closely with children, adolescents, and high-need youth from underserved communities as a social entrepreneur and youth development professional. His work has been deeply rooted in empathy, equity, and the belief that every young person deserves support to thrive.

Drawing from his expertise in career counseling, youth development, and holistic wellbeing, he founded Manah Saathi to create safe and accessible spaces where young people can seek guidance and support. At present, the centre focuses on delivering support for non-clinical concerns, including emotional wellbeing, relationships, life transitions, and career challenges.

A traveler, researcher, and lifelong learner, Samrat brings a broad and contextual understanding of the evolving challenges facing today's youth. Through Manah Saathi, his vision is simple yet profound: to ensure that no young person has to struggle alone and that well-being support remains accessible until every individual reaches their fullest potential.
